Crystal Bay

Crystal Bay

Crystal Bay is a planned residential community of 173 +/- acres and approximately 1,343 residential units, designed with a wide variety of park and open space amenities in the northwest portion of Stockton.  The project site is located south side of Eight Mile Road, east of Rio Blanco Road and west of Westlake Drive. City Council approved Crystal Bay Residential Project on April 29, 2008, and annexed into the City of Stockton on June 17, 2008.

Delta Cove Project

Delta Cove Project

Delta Cove is located adjacent to and west of the Twin Creeks Estates Subdivision, south of the Spanos Park West Development and Bear Creek, and both east and north of Shima Tract and Mosher Slough. 

City Council approved the Delta Cove Project on October 19, 2010, Item 9.01.

Mariposa Lakes

Mariposa Lakes

The Mariposa Lakes site is comprised of approximately 3,810 acres of unincorporated lands located four miles southeast of downtown Stockton and 3.5 miles northeast of the Stockton Metropolitan Airport. The site is bounded by State Route 4 or Farmington Road on the north, Kaiser Road on the east, and Mariposa Road and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railroad on the south and the west.

City Council approve Mariposa Lakes Specific Plan on October 28, 2008.

Sanctuary

Sanctuary is located on what is currently known as Shima Tract, an approximately 1,967-acre parcSantuary Land Useel of land. It is bounded on the north by Bear Creek, Mosher Slough and Disappointment Slough; on the west by Fourteen Mile Slough; on the east by the City of Stockton; and on the south by Fourteen Mile Slough and Five Mile Slough.
