Financial statements for the Swenson and Van Buskirk golf courses are available using the link below. The statements are for the full Fiscal Year 16/17, which covers July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017. Included are individual statements for each golf course and a statement for the combined courses; these statements are provided to the City by KemperSports, the City’s contracted golf course management company.
It is important to note that the individual KemperSports statements do not represent the full cost of the golf courses because some minor costs are paid directly by the City. The first page of the document is titled “Golf Fund Revenue and Expense Crosswalk,” and combines the KemperSports financials with the costs paid directly by the City.
The City's golf courses are managed by KemperSports Management, Inc. This agreement was approved by City Council on June 21, 2011, and amended on June 29, 2016.
