Sewer Problems
If your sewer system becomes clogged or backs up, the problem may not be in the sewer line at your home or business.

BEFORE YOU CALL A PLUMBER, call 937-8341. Our service people will gladly come out to determine the location of the problem and clear any clogs beyond the owner's connection point. This could save costly and unnecessary plumbing repairs.

Our response time to your call is generally within an hour. We have people on duty sixteen hours a day, three hundred sixty five days a year. Our service trucks carry rodding machines to open clogged lines. If the problem is in a main line, the service person will call for a hydravactor to open and clean the line. If repairs to city lines are needed, we have construction crews to handle the problem.

Clogged Storm Drains
If the drains get clogged during a storm and your street and gutter begin to flood, call us at 937-8341. We will send a crew out to clear the storm drain as quickly as possible.

Water Leak Problems
If you see water leaking into the gutter or street, it may be an indication of a broken pipe. First check here to see if your water provider is the City of Stockton.  If it is, please call 937-8341, so that we can send out a service person to assess the situation. If it is not, please contact your provider.  Even a small leak can be a sign of a larger problem and water is much too precious a resource to waste. Helping to avoid waste can ultimately save money for us all.

Illegal Dumping or Cleaning
If you see someone washing out painting equipment, dumping oil, emptying their swimming pool, or in any way allowing these or other types of hazardous waste to get into the gutter or storm drains, please call
937-8341 as soon as possible. Water that goes into the gutter flows through the storm drain and into the Delta without being treated. We need to be able to stop the hazardous waste at the pump station before it gets into the Delta. Each call is treated with confidentiality. Illegal dumping is a serious matter.

Missing or Improperly Set Maintenance-hole or Storm Drain Covers
If you see a missing maintenance-hole cover, or one that is not sitting correctly on it's intended location, please call 937-8341 as soon as possible. Your call could save the life of a child or a motorist and prevent unnecessary property damage.

Water Waste
Water is a precious and vital resource for all of us. We should never waste it. To report water being wasted, first check to see who your water provider is here.  If it is the City of Stockton, please call 937-7031 between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (except on alternate closed Fridays, furlough days, or on holidays).  If your water provider is not the City of Stockton, please contact the appropriate service provider.
