The City of Stockton has contracted with WGR Southwest, Inc and Condor Earth Technologies to conduct Stormwater Pollution Prevention Evaluations of commercial and industrial sites within the City of Stockton.  The purpose of the inspection is only to help local businesses become better aware of what can be done to reduce or eliminate stormwater pollution prevention.
Commercial inspections will be billed at $97.14 per inspection and industrial inspections will be billed at $306.04 per inspection.

Having your site prepared and in compliance can prevent the cost of additional inspections. Inspectors will contact each site prior to the visit to arrange a convenient date and time to visit.  Check out the Evaluation Checklist for the types of Best Management Practices the inspectors will be addressing during the inspections.
